How it works

Uvia is an innovative digital solution that empowers people to self-manage their mental health. We have created an interactive learning environment where we will teach users to become their own therapists using skills from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), the leading treatment for mental health issues. Using artificial intelligence, Uvia learns from users to provide a personalised and consumer-focused platform that helps users develop their understanding of their own thoughts, emotions and behaviours, learning skills to implement in their lives to improve their mental wellbeing.

Uvia enables a supportive community of users, further harnessing AI to enhance user experience through its innovative social network. This will put users in the driving seat to support each other in achieving wellbeing goals by encouraging and supporting others on their mental health journey.
